Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Resulignix, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. You must have legal capacity to agree in India and use the service only for lawful job-search purposes.

Resulignix provides AI-assisted resume tailoring: base resume storage, job description analysis, tailored LaTeX generation, difference review, and PDF export.

You remain responsible for the truthfulness of your resume. Do not add experience, qualifications, or employment you do not have, whether manually or through AI suggestions.

Accounts are managed through Clerk with Google, GitHub, or LinkedIn OAuth. You are responsible for activity under your session and for signing out on shared devices.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, security risk, unlawful use, or violation of these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Upload unlawful, infringing, or knowingly false content.
• Attempt unauthorized access, scraping, reverse engineering, or disruption.
• Submit another person's resume without permission.
• Misuse AI output to deceive employers or ATS systems.
• Circumvent plan limits or security controls.

Resulignix offers free, micro, mini, and pro tiers with usage limits shown in the app. Prices are shown in INR.

Live checkout is not connected today. Until a payment provider is integrated, plan purchase and renewal flows are unavailable or operator-managed. Refunds, unused entitlements, and Pro cancellation are described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

You own your resume content and job-search materials. You grant Rohith Anumalasetty a limited license to store, process, analyze, transform, compile, and display that content only to operate Resulignix for you.

Resulignix, its interface, models configuration, prompts, and documentation remain our property. You may not copy, resell, or misrepresent the service.

AI tailoring is assistive. Resulignix does not guarantee interviews, job offers, ATS acceptance, error-free output, or preservation of every factual nuance. Always review scores, keywords, edited bullets, and final PDFs before applying.

You may stop using Resulignix at any time and delete your account from Dashboard Settings by typing DELETE. Deletion permanently removes resumes, sessions, analyses, generated files, profile, and plan records, then deletes your Clerk user.

Payment and usage records are anonymized rather than fully erased, as described in the Privacy Policy. We may retain data required by law, fraud prevention, or legitimate operation of remaining aggregate records.

Resulignix is provided “as is” without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. To that extent, Rohith Anumalasetty is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or employment-outcome damages arising from use of the service or reliance on AI output.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Disputes should first be raised with avsrohith.06@gmail.com.
