Send mail from the address on your Resulignix account when the question is about your data, plan, or a payment. We read this inbox for privacy, refunds, cancellations, and account issues.
2. What to include
A useful message includes:
- Your account email.
- Whether this is privacy, billing, a bug, or something else.
- For billing: plan, amount, date, and a receipt or transaction id.
- For product issues: what you tried, and the session or resume name if you have one. Do not paste full resume text unless we ask.
3. Where else to look
- Privacy Policy — data, processors, and account deletion.
- Terms of Service — accounts, acceptable use, and AI limits.
- Refund & Cancellation Policy — paid plans, canceling Pro, and refunds.
- Dashboard Settings — delete your account yourself by typing DELETE.
4. Response
We reply by email. There is no published response-time guarantee. If the request needs identity checks, we may ask you to confirm the Clerk account email before changing a plan or deleting data on your behalf.
