Resulignix is an AI resume-tailoring service. You save a base resume, submit job descriptions, and receive tailored versions with keyword analysis.

We collect only what the product needs:

• Account data from Clerk: name, email address, and OAuth identity when you sign up with Google, GitHub, or LinkedIn.
• Resume content you provide: base resume LaTeX, uploaded PDF text converted to LaTeX, job descriptions, company and role labels, and custom prompts.
• Generated content: tailored resume versions, keyword analyses, scores, and recommendations.
• Profile and preferences: GitHub and LinkedIn URLs, default resume selection, AI preferences, and editor font.
• Plan and usage data: plan tier, usage meters, subscription status, billing periods, and per-call LLM usage including token counts, cost estimates, model, operation, and optional error text.
• Payment ledger: plan, amount, event type, provider payment identifiers, and timestamps. Live checkout is not connected today.
• Device data: Clerk session cookies, theme and font choices, onboarding flag, and cached admin dashboard responses stored in your browser local storage.

We do not operate a marketing email list, first-party analytics pixels, or object storage. Resume files are stored as text in our PostgreSQL database.

• Provide tailoring, analysis, PDF compilation, and resume history.
• Enforce plan limits and show entitlements and usage meters.
• Operate, debug, and secure the service, including admin cost and error review.
• Process account deletion and prevent abuse.

We do not sell your personal data or your career history.

Your data is processed by the following providers to operate Resulignix:

• Clerk: authentication, sessions, and hosted account management.
• Configured LLM provider: receives resume text and job descriptions to generate tailoring.
• Database host: stores application data in PostgreSQL.
• Sentry: frontend error reporting.
• LangSmith: optional tracing when enabled by the operator.
• LaTeX compile fallbacks at latex.ytotech.com and latexonline.cc: receive full LaTeX when a PDF compile is requested.

We share data with these processors only as needed to provide the service.

When you run tailoring, analysis, PDF conversion, or custom edits, your resume content and the job description are sent to the configured language model provider. Outputs are stored with your tailoring session so you can review, compare, and download them.

AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate. Review tailored resumes before submitting job applications.

Live checkout is not connected. The app currently shows plan prices in INR and returns a payment-not-configured response for order creation.

If payments are connected later, the payment provider will process card or UPI data directly. Resulignix will keep only a minimal ledger: plan, amount, event type, provider identifiers, and timestamps. Refund and cancellation rules are in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

You can delete your account at any time from Dashboard Settings. Type DELETE to confirm. Deletion calls an authenticated backend endpoint that:

• Permanently removes resumes, tailoring sessions, analyses, generated files, profile, and plan records.
• Anonymizes payment ledger and LLM usage rows by removing your Clerk user ID, session identifiers, error text, and provider payload. Aggregate token, cost, amount, and timestamp fields may remain.
• Deletes your Clerk user and signs you out.

Anonymized rows cannot be used to restore your account or resume text. Data held by third-party processors, such as optional LangSmith traces, is subject to their own retention.

Traffic between your browser, our frontend, our API, Clerk, model providers, and compile services uses HTTPS/TLS. Authenticated API calls require your Clerk session token, and backend routes scope data to your verified user ID.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Protect your login session and review resumes before sharing them externally.

You can:

• View and edit resumes, history, and profile inside the app.
• Delete individual base resumes from the resume library.
• Delete your full account and associated content from Settings.
• Contact avsrohith.06@gmail.com for access, correction, or deletion questions.

Resulignix is not directed at children and should not be used by anyone under the age required for online consent in India. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Clerk, model providers, error-reporting, tracing, compile services, and database hosting may process data outside India. Safeguards depend on those providers and applicable law.

We will update this page when the product or law changes. Continued use of Resulignix after an update means you accept the revised policy.
